As an Audience Engagement Intern for KQED, I helped manage our social media accounts and direct email marketing strategies for our editorial departments. Specifically, I created vertical video content highlighting evergreen stories and Bay Area businesses, developed assets for paid email marketing strategies, launched Meta Business campaigns and presented quarterly reports to the audience directors. I also drafted copy for, designed, and built Kid Friendly and Mindshift emails using HTML through Salesforce Marketing cloud.
